Customer acknowledges that any outdoor activity has inherent risks. Customer will take all reasonable precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them and will not hold Salida Gear Rentals responsible for any injury that may occur during the use of the gear.

Any significant damage to gear will result in a fee equivalent to the cost of the rental. Gear that is not returned will be charged the cost of replacement.
